It seems to me that this lawsuit and the suits that follow from the labels are Not in any way about Protecting their roster or future artists but post the Suno payout and the anthropic judgment; that these suits are simple a near term revenue stream!
Which is the labels basically Admitting to ALL the THEFT & Infringement.
