Normally if I use AI, it's to create ideas and inspiration for my own art and writing. Say, for example, I'm having a hard time picturing a house, I'll make a board with plenty of real-world examples, while also seeing what AI makes. I never NEVER post AI art or trace it, but instead use it to get a very VERY basic idea of what to do. It's a tool for me, never my crutch- and that's where some people fall short.
