And 100 billion is its annual budget. This is the 4th Industrial Revolution that Klaus Schwab promised us. What will this lead to? Most likely, it will lead to the monopolization of intellectual capacities and their use not only for the benefit of humanity, but also for personal gain, such as control and more.
