I would argue it's different than when an artist gets inspired because when an artist is mimicking or taking inspiration from they're still putting in effort and talent to create that piece, even exact copies are an artists hard work to some extent, but with the ai it's literally taking specific brush strokes and just pasting them together in a new way with little actual human input, which is more taking from an artist, robbing them off their style and ability to create new art in that style because now someone else literally owns it.. it's difficult.
