Companies rushing for AI while AI is not fully ready yet is a dumbest global decision ever I have witnessed in 2020s...
They need to fine tune and make supervision on their AI model for years before replacing the... Instead of shortlist staff, upgrade them with better position, make them as micro-supervisor for AI... At least they have experience as AI fine-tuner and expand their skills for other related companies to hire.
We don't replace human jobs, we evolve their jobs instead.
