Hm, first that comes in mind is to try taking photos in a museum or try taking a photo of person that didn't permit it to you. There are many examples of using this stuff wrong. Historical opinions from XIX that camera is killing art are public.
AI does work with model. I know at least one 3D artist that voluntarily trained a model on their own renders for personal use. AI like camera, it just works. It is human that picks what to photo or what to use for model training.
