So apparently the story says that police department sent a blurry grainy photo to another place to run it for facial recognition, that place sent back the results and wrote in all caps that it wasn't good enough for an arrest and the results weren't entirely a match lol then they got this security guard to identify this guy, and the security guard wasn't even there that day of the shop lifting!! Lol. He should sue, and he has sued, but remember the police pay NOTHING!!! It's tax paying citizens that pay for law suits against the police, and the day we change that policy and make the police pay is the DAY this stuff stops
