It’s not that it will replace developers, it’s that it will replace *junior* developers. It’s going to replace entry-level roles, leaving only the already experienced being the only people who can get a job in software development.
Nobody is going to train when the AI does the basic work. Everyone is going to expect 3 to 5 years of experience.
