The problem with this argument is with the artist not the art. AI is just the newest canvas for someone to express themselves yes someone can spend 5 sec type something triggering off a game of "result roulette" but as I have seen others who have spent quite a bit if time crafting the image. Putting details, and using are theories, and all their previous knowledge to craft an image in their head then are able to describe it so well it comes out remarkable like they have envision. Right now AI is young and the artist like all pioneers in different canvas will have an uphill battle but when the rest of the world catches up, and it will, I see some.of the greatest era for creativity in world history.
