I suggest that an aspect of this conversation that needs more attention and discussion NOW is the stress AI is generating for workers who are currently using it, or more correctly being forced to become experts in it to stay employed. There’s already an enormous amount of anxiety. The adoption of AI in many workplaces is straining any semblance of effective “change management.”
