While Tesla getting smacked with damages is a good thing, I do hope the driver gets more than a little punishment as well. Maybe self driving has many flaws, but the driver was actively exploiting those flaws to the detriment of everyone else on the road. Warned 23 times for his conduct and simply pressed reset and did it again.
