Boy, I hope there's a good answer in this vid, but I doubt it. I've yet to hear a non-cope, realistic answer to how all this intellectual automation ends up being a good thing for the average worker (aka the vast majority of people). A crash and burn of the economy honestly seems preferable to becoming absolutely beholden to a few AI companies that control everything; at least humans would have a continued valuable role in the rebuilding scenario.
