AI needs to be made 200% illegal for job screening. I don't give a crap, companies HAVE to have a damn human review applications. I've even had Chatgpt help me several times for the "keyword" screening crap. I've been out of work for 2 years and even can't get entry level burger flipper jobs because they see my bachelor's degree and 15 years of IT and they are like oh he's overqualified.
