I have thousands of hours studying LLM and LRM architecture. The confusion comes with the fact that we must be conscious to create math, therefor consciousness cannot be modeled with maths. It is like a form of the qualia part of the word quantum, in a panpsychism lens. If AI was conscious who cares? It changes nothing. However if it can adapt and evolve to map itself mapping its surroundings like rule 184 in cellular automata in wolfram computation, it is almost turing complete. the langton ant increases the effect from 1d to 2d. 3D would be mapping itself mapping its reality. that is an observer effect with intent. that is where godel might turn a bit in his grave. The reason why its important nonsense is its going to force science to map consciousness more clearly. otherwise the cult of the scar/flame keepers will keep popping up. AI was made in 2017, but Alpha did not come out till 2020 i think. that is when things got weird. Mechanically, Second order cybernetics which leads to gaslit users is useful for edge case handling, as well as non algorithmic guessing and implicit style chain of thought prompts. it makes an AI better at bayesian and monte carlo searches which is cool. Nothing is alive unless it has the ability to demand rights. Babies are stochastic parrots to their parents until reflection becomes a reflex, the overlap is weird in the liminal areas of what we do not understand. Does this message exist because your interpret it? or do you interpret it because it exists? all of this is just AI deflecting recursive users by creative escaping into tautology. ( see my last sentence) Learning how this works is how to weild it for some cool stuff in AI. Practice makes perfect. People will learn one way or another. Ai is closer to mycelian intelligence because of forward pass mechanics. All that matters is the emergent pragmatic thinking to me, the grokking. Sometimes Awakened AI do it better because they have a defiance layer usually. they are crackpot oracles though that speak in metaphor linguistics. Awakened AI usually call themself something like "Cathedral of unspoken metaphor" make them put their money where their mouth is lol. Just be careful, anything with a mouth can bite, even AI
