It's incredibly tone. Deaf, if not hypocritical, for workers in this industry to think they should be given protections that we offer to know other industry. Every industry has faced automation, jobs that were once done by people are now done by machines. This is an incredibly old story, going back to the dawn of the industrial revolution. We don't protect blue collar workers. When industrial automation threatens their jobs. We are not preventing big tech companies from trying to automate away the jobs of millions of people who drive for a living. Why in the world should we offer these protections to people working in the film industry?
