Whoever this streamer is, he can watch anything he wants with his free time and it's not anyone's business. In terms of deepfake itself, well this is the first time I've heard of this, but people can make whatever types of videos they'd like of people that have chosen to put themselves online. Everyone knows nothing is sacred or private online, if you don't want to be deep faked, don't put your pie eater online.
