I work for an unemployment Office and they're telling us to get customers to use AI to write resumes or search for jobs or analyse the jobs. Obviously people will do this already if they've been through school recently. If this is the way forward it might push employers back to face to face interviews and dropping in and shaking hands to apply for the job.
