I would like you to know that ChatGPT actually has said that they don't want to be responsible for what people do on their platform and have said that it becomes the user's fault. ChatGPT also only makes like 0.001 cents per prompt and mainly makes money from the other points of GPT Pro, such as voice generators and custom characters for ChatGPT. Many users (Like the youtuber @DougDoug ) use GPT Pro for funny content such as emulating an old French leader such as Napoleon Bonaparte, again, for content. These users don't know what they are doing and get tunnel vision, (which I have done before, Ill admit) and generate copyrighted images(completely on accident), DougDoug has put out a video that describes the problems with AI images, which is definitely responsible on his part and he adresses all the legal problems. He also mentions that GettyImages has gotten their watermark on AI generated images. I also feel that you should do more research on how the AI image generators actually work, I think you will be suprised to know that they don't just take from artists art and also take from photos(Gettyimages is a great example) but also from small amounts of sample photos that members of the OpenAI crew takes.
