The point at which AI begins replacing the people it was meant to help, is the point at which we need to be looking at regulation. We should have stopped in the 90's: no email on your cell phone, mostly no cell phones, but pagers were valid options for emergencies. No platforms that are intentionally addictive (with no warning label, no less). We're not better than we were 30 years ago - we're significantly worse.
