Companies are full of over smart people who don't like to be thorough in their analysis. If you find a hammer, don't assume everything to be a nail. The 95% initiatives not seeing any success is expected, especially how AI wave was built on ridiculous hype. If there hadn't been any hype, the numbers still would have be 90% failure. That's how the tech industry works.
