AI is maybe 30-40% accurate. Generally it gives me good ideas but wrong answers. Whenever I have it generate scripts, it is mostly garbage.
This is very consequential because there’s gonna be a huge gap between inexperienced and experienced employees. It will get to a point where AI may replace everyone because they “can’t find anyone qualified”, when they caused the problem in the first place.
That being said, a lot of college kids are using AI to cheat. If I graduate with a 3.0 by doing work by myself versus a graduate with a 3.9, there isn’t anything to distinguish achievement.
