It's honestly just sad and disheartening to see and hear so many people jumping onto the AI "art" trend. It feels so full of spite and hatred. They act like artists are some prude elite when the first stereotype that comes to mind with artists is "the starving artist" and the "weird art kid" back in school. People take art as something they are owed and as just a product and not as the persons very soul vowen into their pencil strokes, shapes of clay or paint on the canvas. Art is some of humanitys oldest relics -because- they have meaning! They show what people at the time were thinking and feeling and the different techniques that came as people found new materials and experimented with new things. The ai art just makes the internet worse if nothing else, I've never seen as much effortless schlop in my recommendations as i have since AI became so popular 🤮
