16:22-17:04 i agree this is a made-up scenario pushing AI as a solution for a problem no one has, but from a different angle than "cringey fake meme": why on earth would you go through the time and trouble of generating appropriate images to suggest ideas for activities with your friends/family/whatever instead of just SAYING "hey wanna go to the pool?" or "wanna go to the club?"
like that's so much extra effort thinking up the right words for the prompts, when you can just. use your words to continue the conversation. it also means your friends don't have to play pictionary to try to figure out what you're suggesting
i could understand the idea behind the ad if they used the AI to generate suggestions for activities to do with friends (which is still lame and honestly not really helpful unless you're a total shut-in NEET who has never done anything in their life ever not even watched media about friends hanging out that you could pull ideas from to suit you/your friend group, but i digress). but no, they present it as you already HAVE an idea but you generate an image to convey it instead of just. writing it out. even though you're already writing it out to make it a prompt.
