No it cannot.
This is one of those things the people, who have no idea about tech but constantly hear AI lobbyists praising their generative AI model, would say. The AI can do very, very specific tasks very well. But it lacks nuance the people have. The AI is good as a tool but a hammer will not build a house by itself. The AI boom is a bubble that will burst and then the AI will find it's place in the world where it should be: as an useful tool and a highly focused and specialized worker in some tasks.
