NO DO NOT USE AI CHATBOTS FOR MENTAL HEALTH. Literally not doing so is better than doing so I’m not kidding. They have been proven to increase the mental health issues they’re supposed to treat and have lead to more deaths. It’s far better to watch licensed therapists on YT which is free if you cannot get real therapy yourself. Patrick Teahan and Mikey Atkins are two great licensed therapist resources free on YT who have marvelous in depth videos. 8:33
