I don't understand the deepfakes issue... its no different from someone drawing said person in whatever situation they want and that is legal.
So i don't understand how someone can be a "victem" of deepfakes... its not you, no one has done anything to you. They used your likeness sure and that could potentially have legal ramifications buy no one has done anything to you.
