I would add one more thing other than accountability that AI lacks that is essential in IT…fear. Being afraid that you might make a catastrophic mistake prevents them from happening a lot of times. It makes you make sure you have a restorable back up before you proceed, it makes you double and triple test your procedures…fear is an underrated quality in IT.
