I'd argue that dumb ass videos like this that value algorithm metrics over substance are more harmful to your brain than chatgpt. If you're an idiot then chatgpt will make you dumber. If you're smart it will just end up annoying you until you realize it's just a useless waste of time since it can't even be trusted to complete the simplest of tasks correctly.
