Cortana is an AI that behaves like a human intelligence, in which it can learn wrong, feels emotion, and generally has a set of morals. The few things Cortana has is the ability to interact directly with computers and process information on a computer level of analysis, and still be able to interact with the normal world with an unanalytically attitude.
