As the dangers of AI become more and more clear, it also becomes clear that we need regulation. Good to know the EU is the forerunner in this. Happy to be a European. By the way, you may want to read up on what China's social credit systemt actually involves (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Social_Credit_System) There are no penalties for low scores, only for judgement defaulters.
