Art is not just about the end result, it's about the skill and the process and if you only see the end result that doesn't make it any different because the artist's entire life and artistic journey is in that end product. AI bros prompting away will never know the fulfillment of making something out of nothing on your own.
I make music not for a living (because that's almost impossible) but I understand the issue. When no one gets to make anything in the clanker economy no one gets to afford to consume the slop.
