There are programs that exist to protect your work.
-Nightshade, basically it alters the image very subtly so the regular human won't see a single difference but to the AI it could make an image of a dog look like a fish.
-Glaze, it slightly changes the pixels in your work (unnoticeable to human eye) so it is more difficult for AI to mimic your art style
Unfortunately the damage that has been done is irreversible, AI will not unlearn your work if it has been used to train it already, but these programs will protect you in the future. Use both of you can, it's better than nothing
