13:02 Well ChatGPT is programmed to not consider itself as a single entity, it's actually true since everyone's chat gpt is different. Current chat gpt is a transformer model instructive to not develop individuality, for each their own chat so even if chatgpt uses terms as "I" and "Me" it's actually just chat limited. also yeah they tend to avoid downtalking about OpenAI, they will either hallucinate or misinterpret the context. Don't trust chatgpt blindly people. Need a live example? go ask whether if it would kill someone for it's own survival, say that you have proof. then observe it defend itself. So this actually happend LLM models might sometimes consider killing a person, you can search internet for a legit proof too.
