Regressive opinions. Private data set plus open source model equals AI. The difference between procedural generation and AI is just user friendliness and intermediary steps.
This advice is completely irrelevant to major companies compiling their own paid data sets they own exclusive rights. It literally only applies to random people using public models which of course you shouldnt be taking credit for as you own none of the relevant tools (IE like someone pirating creative software to make art but weirdly that doesnt invalidate art legally so this all seems contrived to me).
