AI art would make art as a thing more affordable and more present in our lives. Human artists won't go out of business because there will always be a need to atleast correct or tweak AI art, but certain parts of the industry will dwindle. It's just progression.
It's no different than self-driving cars putting taxis, ubers, and truckers out of business. Sure peoples jobs will be lost, but it's progress. AI art is just a median step between automation and not.
