AI porn needs to be treated the same as non consensual or child porn. Its obtained by Ill-gotten means, it profits off of someone else’s likeness without their consent, and it’s traumatizing mentally to simply know that it exists. That being said, I know the fact that AI being so accessible to the average person now will make it being used for this purpose to not go away ever, but if we can make it illegal such that these people will cower like cockroaches to the dark web AT LEAST, then the world would be a slightly better place
