I am a teacher of nine years. I now seek out AI advice for speeding up resource-making, objective marking and general back-and-forth chat over teaching reflections as a conversation-styled diary. You have no idea how much this contributed to my overall wellbeing. It lessened my stress and distress in ways unthinkable. When my mind spirals, I just engage in recursive thinking via AI chats, and I reflect more conducively. But YOU DO NEED TO BE VERY DISCERNING. I never ask ChatGPT “Hey, make this”. “Write this”.
