30:07 Well its doable. Shut down and prohibit electric and solar source energy world wide. With no source energy, AI will cease exist, without electric and solar: we go back to Victorian era. Thats the high price to pay. No one is ready for that level of sacrifice and thats why AI might be a thread: human ego.
