fundamentally the idea of "stopping ai" is a joke. comparing it to something like plane development which led to space travel. the ai today is basically at the ww1 bi-plane stage. At some point you are going to be able to give a Hybrid LLM a single image and that ai will be able to tell to everything about it that is recorded, then tell you facts that the artist didn't even know, then replicate the art style of that artist, from just one image. Then they are going to remove the need for complex and detailed prompts, so something simple like "make a funny cat video" will be a viable input because the ai will "Think and plan out" the video before generating it, making it consistent and most likely a bit humorous and most importantly the videos context will make since to a human.
If you want to do anything against ai you need to get into law or politics, you wont be able to stop ai from advancing or taking your work over time, its rat race individuals you'll never win. The only thing you can do is make things illegal to use in data sets which would require and in depth and radical shift in our laws , taking years, if not decades to change.
