I'm of the opinion that these autopilot systems should be banned outright. Not only is the technology not as infallible as Elon would like to think, but it encourages lazy and potentially dangerous driver behaviors. The last place you should be unfocused and lazy is behind the wheel. These systems should not be fully autonomous, and the operator of the vehicle should remain engaged in what they are doing..
