More like chicken.
Everyone knows that it's a bubble but they don't know when it'll pop and whoever flinches first loses.
If you move away first you might be safer than the competition but if you do it too early you lose out on money while the others continue to rise. (Line go down while competition go up)
Mentioning the bubble also means that you think it's a real fear which means less investor hype (line goes down).
This also destabilizes the entire bubble by having more doubt in promises and hype (all lines in AI start going up less and might even go down).
Besides. The bubble has so much in it now, that people HAVE to keep the bubble otherwise it's all lost
