I have seen some videos here on YouTube have a AI disclaimer but it's way at the bottom of the description page. Most people don't read the descriptions. All video media platforms will need to implement their own policies of labeling AI video content. The labeling needs to be obvious so anyone watching the video will see it. The government wont step in and make it a law till alot of damage has already been done.
