Well that's because people don't care about paying money for quality and details in visual art as they would need to with computer code. And sure coffee shops or whatever may think quality doesn't matter in music as long as it catches "the vibe" but that's because AI is cheeper and can easily outperform humans in quickly delivering mass produced garbage.
