My take is that ontological descriptions made by humans are never 100% accurate and thus the discussion about what constitutes art or not can never be objective or fact based because even the facts presented in an argument are filtered by the author's (of those claims) beliefs.
Thus, who the fuck cares if it is "real" art? That question is not possible to be answered in any definitive way.
It behaves as current art, it can be used for the same purposes as current art, and best of all, there cannot be any claims of intelectual property of that creation, because it's AI made.
