There is also the concern of taking chunks of art by itself.
When AI generates the image, it has to take multiple data points from images. They dont have a swoop or a line that they made themselves.
So imagine writing, when you write, your writing could be seperated from the rest cause maybe you write G or dot I a bit differently from the rest.
So to train that AI , they take multiple of your writing and put it into the system and uses it to generate an handwritten essay. To "write" that essay, they would need to take a part of your writing, your G or your I.
Currently it sits a gray spot cause it uses hundreds of images/writings to make its own writing but what if artist agrues that it stole a piece of their art? Maybe the AI took a replica of the bell of an image? Basically photocopying the art and crop a piece out.
