The bigger question is, is there actually any point in talking about what can be done about this? Let's say everyone in America decided to ban this, would that matter? Since it's not skill dependent, operation would just shift overseas and then be imported. Likewise, people have these AIs on their home computers through Open source...
Machine learning is Learning, operating on the same principles that humans learn, so on what basis can it be challenged other than the data set, data set is only protected by copyright and trademark, which have lifetimes before they expire.
This is going to radically change the world, imagine having an AI trained on every bit of information that can be gleaned about any given subject, every strategy, every tactic, every idea. This is where we are going.
The best thing we can do now is to try to build the best ideas and get those fed into the AI as primary.
