We have computer programs to model the weather. They're only models, not the actual weather. AI is a computer program to model a mind. Just as the weather model is not the actual weather, the model of the mind is not an actual mind. It's a model that runs on a very fancy calculator, doing very fancy math. That's it. A computer does math, really fast, but it's just math. That's all a computer can do.
