I was software programmer for more than 15 years. Immature management was trying for decades to get crappy software generated fast by the machines for "increased shareholder returns". The first wave was the crowd of Indian "programmers". Because of the results, they are trying now with this. As he said - product managers must have an idea what they want to achieve, and that thing must not be stupid. The moon will turn into cheese before these imbeciles could do that. This requires skills and smart thinking, and the AI is driving the humans towards the opposite direction. There are things money cannot buy.
Also, if a machine is writing your code, you are no longer a programmer.
