@ErdricksArmor There's no reason for the cops to even look at someone unless they are displaying suspicious behaviors. Facial recognition software is not surveillance though. We already have a high level of surveillance in our lives just driving to and from work and many many work places. If they start requiring cameras in homes them it becomes a constitutional issue. If I was a victim of a crime, I would hope there was a camera taking pictures and the person would be recognized so they could be caught.
