I can emphasize with the issue but some things are wrong. We're talking specifically about neural nets (parameterized models). These nets don't store a 1:1 copy of your artwork. During training the algorithm merely looks at the image to calculate weights on neurons. Since you present your artwork for everyone to see and even mention that you have no problem with your art being used for training human brains, this weakens your case. The real theft is being done by downloading/copying your artwork into the dataset.
